On February 16th, the Scholars Juniors advocating for teen dating violence education and passage of Sierra's Law received a resolution from the Richland County Council sponsored by Councilwoman Julie Ann Dixon in support of their work and in recognition of February as teen dating violence education month in Richland County. They presented the merits of the law and the dangers teen face to the council and were polished and professional, impressing the council and audience alike.
