ATHLETICS: Coach Gilmer Reads at Pontaic Elem

Ridge View Boys Golf Coach, Seth Gilmer, was asked to be a guest reader at Pontiac Elementary for their “Kindness” month.  Coach Gilmer read about using the most important four-letter word, “Love”, out of Coach John Wooden’s book on Leadership.

FINE ARTS: RVHS Marching Band

Congratulations to the Ridge View High School Marching Band for winning the River Bluff Band Competition on Saturday September 28th. The RVHS Marching Band won 1st Place in Color Guard, 2nd Place in Percussion, High Music Caption, High Visual Caption, High General Effect Caption, and 1st Place overall in 4A. In addition, RVHS had the 3rd highest score of the competition.
