The Ridge View boys and girls cross country teams both ran to a 3rd place finish at a meet this past Wednesday at Sandhills Research Center.

The results of the girls race were as follows: 1-Pelion 30; 2-Blythewood 46; 3-Ridge View 61; and 4-Airport 98. The Lady Blazers were led by Junior Kelsey Ballou, who placed first overall in a time of 19:59 for the 3.1 mile race.
The results of the boys race were: 1-Blythewood 22; 2-Pelion 42; 3-Ridge View 77; 4-Airport 102; 5-North Central 156; and 6-Fairfield Central 163. Junior Connor McCloskey finished 9th in 18:32 to lead the Blazers.
