The Ridge View girls were led by a fantastic race by Kelsey Ballou, who placed 2nd overall in a time of 19:40. Other varsity performers for the Lady Blazers were Jacy Smith (10th/21:34), Megan Reardon (21st/22:14), Mallory Mihelich (27th/23:01), Laurel Fite (31st/24:06), Toni Debruce (38th/25:35), and Mikayla Thomas (40th/29:11).
The girls placed 4th out of six teams. Spring Valley took home top honors followed by Dutch Fork and Lexington.

The boys were led by Connor McCloskey at 17:49. Both teams are showing great improvement as the Region Meet approaches next week. The boys placed 5th out of 8 teams. Spring Valley also took top honors in the boys race followed closely by Lexington High. Dutch Fork and White Knoll placed 3rd and 4th.
McCloskey placed 16th overall, and was joined in the race by fellow varsity teammates Christian Cannon (26th/18:35), Justin Rose (27th/18:39), Jayson Matthews (28th/18:55), Marcel Boatwright (29th/18:58), Jordan Hollis (30th/19:03), and Austin Elsenheimer (34th/19:24).
