ACTIVITIES Spotlight: Chip Jackson Speaks to SMOOTH Members

On November 7th, the Honorable Calvin "Chip" Jackson, a Richland Two School Board member, came to speak to members of SMOOTH (Serious Men Operating On-purpose Through Honor).
