ACADEMICS Spotlight: Scholars Attend Conroy Lecture

On Thursday, February 27, members of the Scholars Academy magnet program were fortunate to attend a lecture given by South Carolina author Pat Conroy at the Township Auditorium. The lecture explored Conroy's source material and early reading life in support of his new book, My Reading Life, and gave the students insight into the experiences that contribute to becoming a writer.
