The Ridge View High School Symphonic and Concert Bands, along with the Kelly Mill Middle School Honor Band, will present their Pre-Festival Concerts on Tuesday, March 4 at the District Auditorium on the campus of Richland Northeast High School.
The concerts will begin at 7:00pm and free and open to the public.
