Facebook, Twitter, Instgram and other social media platforms have opened up an entire new world of communication. But they have also presented new threats and pitfalls. Learn how to protect your image and stay safe on social media by attending a workshop let by WIS TV morning anchor Len Kiese and producers Denetra Walker and Brandon Wilson at BlazerFest on Saturday, May 10th. The team will share tips with festival goers on being aware of threats, as well as how to protect your image through proper conduct. The workshop is one of many that will be at the festival (see the flyer below).
BlazerFest is a celebration of the northeast community and is hosted by Ridge View's PTSO. With FREE admission, this event will be from 10 AM to 3 PM on Ridge View's campus.
