Last month we learned about 3-year old Jacoby Latta, who died after a tree limb fell on him during a church picnic at an Irmo park. To honor his death, Ridge View graduate Corey Hemingway and her dad drew a mural in their driveway before the Independence Day holiday. The mural was of Jacoby's favorite superhero, Captain America. Corey and her father hope the mural provides a little comfort to the Latta family in knowing that Jacoby is still missed by Hemingway family, their neighbors, and their friends.
