ARTS: Orchestra Receives Superior Rating at SCMEA's

Congratulations to the RVHS Orchestras on receiving a Superior Rating at the SCMEA State Assessment Concert Festival. All three classes of the orchestra received a Superior Rating. Way to go Blazers!
