Physicals for Ridge View student-athletes will be given on Saturday, April 18th at Providence Hospital and Moore Center for Orthopedics on 114 Gateway Corporate Blvd. Student-athletes must get a physical packet from the RVHS Athletic Training Room, Athletic Director David Gordon or by clicking on the image. The physical packet including the permission slip and a payment of $10 (cash, check, money order or cashier's check) must be submitted Coach Crook in the RVHS Athletic Training Room by Thursday, April 16th.
