ATHLETICS: Blazer Football is Warrior Fit

On July 22nd, Sgt. Joshua Condrey of the S.C. Army National Guard (SCARNG) and the Warrior Fit team, introduced the Warrior Fit program to Coach Perry Parks and the Blazer football team. Warrior Fit begins with a belief in fitness with an aim to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness program. The program seeks to build a program that will best prepare individuals for any physical contingency, not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. Warrior Fit is built on Cross Fit components optimizing fitness by using constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. Warrior Fit offers an education about movement, fitness, nutrition, and community. Kudos to Coach Parks, his staff and his players for participating.
