REMINDER: New Strength Training Hours

From August 3rd to August 11th, our all sport strength training will take place from 2:00 - 3:00 PM instead of the previous 10:00 AM start time. All student-athletes are encouraged to attend. Each sport is put on a program that is specific to their sport and exercises are used to improve performance in those specific sports. For more information, click on the image.
