On Tuesday, September 22nd, Scholars Academy seniors presented their Capstone Research proposals before qualitative researcher Dr. Toni Williams of the University of South Carolina's Language and Literacy department. The research plans covered a variety of subjects including ways art therapy could be utilized in the high schools as a means of combating stress to whether or how to provide veterans in long-term care facilities with fresh, healthy food at low costs. The students received feedback from Dr. Williams on how to move forward with their research.
