On Thursday, October 29th, the Scholars Academy magnet hosted Hartsville native and television and film actress Jeryl Prescott. Prescott, known for her role as Jacqui on season 1 of the Walking Dead among other roles, spoke to our students about the importance of pursuing your dreams by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and dependability. She shared her belief that each one of our students can create something beautiful for the world if they believe they can. A big thanks to Ms. Prescott for such a wonderful day!
