We distributed Impact Aid Program Survey forms on yellow paper to all students during their third period class Tuesday, November 10th. Students who were absent will receive the form when they return to school. The federal government requires that we have a completed form for every student; so, if you have more than one child who is a student in Richland School District Two, then you will need to submit the form separately for each child. Also, the government requires that each form be completed in ink and includes the parents' signature, with a date after Tuesday, November 10th.
