Did you know that research shows that the average American spends 87% of their time enclosed in buildings and 6% in vehicles. That means that only 7% of our time is spent outside, which is unhealthy for our bodies, mind, and spirit. There are five reasons why we should spend more time outside:

And when you can't get outside consider opening at least two windows in your home or office. During the winter, try to keep them open for about 10 minutes during the warmest part of the day.
