Ten Ridge View student-athletes placed at the Region 11 Strength Meet on March 7-8th, and qualified for the state meet this past weekend. The following Blazers participated in the state strength meet: D'Ondray Ashford, Kodi Boston, Ronald Brown, Christian Dorsey, Jaylin Dunbar, Jabari Hampton, Cameron Muller and John Wills. Freshman Jabari Hampton captured the State Championship in the 170 lb. weight class. If you ever need help moving things, you may want to call freshman Jaylin Dunbar, who squatted 460 lbs., or junior Cameron Muller, who squatted 495 lbs.
