The Teacher Cadet program provides students with an objective look at child development and education in order for them to become advocates for education and to possibly choose education as a career. Our Teacher Cadets will begin their site placements on April 4th at Rice Creek Elementary and Kelly Mill Middle School, where they will observe and assist teachers. Teacher Cadets is a dual credit course in which students receive high school and college credit. College credit is earned through Newberry College.
