The Richland Two Education Foundation's Stephen W. Hefner Scholarship was established to honor the legacy of former Richland School District Two Superintendent Dr. Stephen W. Hefner. The scholarship will provide financial assistance to worthy students to pursue their dreams of earning a college degree. The $5,000 scholarship will be awarded annually to a student in the district. Applications will be accepted through May 6, 2016. Deadline extensions will not be granted, and incomplete applications will not be considered or reviewed.
