Ridge View will be converted into a festival for children and adults this Saturday. BlazerFest, a community event packed with fun, food, games and entertainment, will take place from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Ridge View’s Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) is hosting the event and is inviting the community to attend.
PTSO President Angela Jones says as the end of the school year nears, the PTSO wants students, teachers and their families to come out and celebrate their success with community members. “It’s important for us to thank our community and local businesses for all that they’ve done throughout the year and let them celebrate with our students. It’s going to be a relaxing, fun-filled day for everyone and a showcase of all the dynamic programs and academic opportunities at Ridge View,” said Jones.
Additionally, there will be bounce houses, drumlines, a dunking booth, flag football, live entertainment along with D.J. Smooth from KISS 103.1 radio station, step teams, taekwondo and lots of food vendors.
