The Richland Two Teacher Forum and the League of Women Voters will host a Candidates Forum on Tuesday, October 18, at 6 PM at the Richland Two Institute of Innovation located at 763 Fashion Dr. at the Village at Sandhills. The community is invited to hear the opinions and positions of candidates for the Richland Two Board of Trustees. Twelve candidates have filed for the three seats up for election. They are: Lindsay Agostini, Anthony "A.J." Bracy, Henry Counts, Monica Elkins (Incumbent), Kay Harvey, Evangelina Hemphill, Bill McCracken, James Mobley, Keith R. Powell, James "Jamie" Shadd and Shelley Williams. Susan Brill and Calvin "Chip" Jackson, long-serving board members, have chosen not to seek re-election for their seats.
