ACADEMICS: Columbia Marionette Theatre Field Trip
On December 13th, freshmen English I students went on a field trip to the Columbia Marionette Theatre on Laurel Street in Columbia. Students saw the Legends of Ancient Greece featuring Pan, the Protector of the Forest, as he shared three of the most famous stories from Greek Mythology: Pandora's Box, Orpheus in the Underworld, and Theseus versus the Minotaur. This field trip was funded by a Sparkleberry Fair Grant awarded to English Teacher David Haas. A big thank you to the Sparkleberry Fair, Mr. Haas and the rest of the Ridge View faculty and staff that made this field trip possible.
