The South Carolina Department of Education and State Superintendent Molly Spearman have released the 2015=2-16 state report cards for South Carolina schools and districts. Once again, Richland Two surpassed the state and increased over last year. In three years, our graduation rate has increased from 81.1 to 88.5.
