Juniors, do you want to go off campus for lunch? If so, please complete the application for the Junior Lunch Privilege by clicking on the image. There are a few conditions, which are explained in simple terms below, and in more detail on the application form.- You must APPLY for this privilege. You can pick up an application in the Book Room or the Main Office, or printing the attached document (click on the image).
- Your parent or legal guardian must SIGN the application. We will call the listed parent to verify the approval, so they will hear from us only if the student qualifies.
- You must have at least a 2.0 GPA, have no major discipline issues this year (RFE) or unserved hours. You must not have any attendance issues, and have no outstanding school fees. This means that you will need to talk to your School Counselor (Guidance), your Administrator, and the Fees Secretary (Main Office), and take the signed form with you to each location.
Remember, you may not leave campus until you have been notified and received your sticker. This also means that you will need to have a school-issued ID card and a lanyard, or you will not get a sticker
If you and your parent/guardian agree to these conditions, complete the application. The deadline to return the completed form is Friday, January 27th.
