ACADEMICS: Brown Awarded Women's Caucus Scholarship
Congratulations to Scholars Academy Magnet for Business and Law senior Lynnise Brown who was awarded the S.C. General Assembly Women's Caucus High School Leadership Scholarship on April 26th. The award, sponsored by Senator Mia McLeod, recognized Brown's efforts to pass senate bill 169, the Teen Dating Violence Prevention Act, which crosses over to the house for final approval this week.
