2017-18 Student Body President and School of the Arts Senior, Victoria Jackson, had a busy summer. She participated in the SC Electric Co-op Leadership Summit, where she met Governor McMasters. Jackson was the only student from Richland District Two. She also facilitated workshopbus at the National Association Student Councils (NASC) Conference. Her session focused on using leadership skills to connect with others. As an Executive State Officer and Corresponding Secretary, she will be busy with NASC activities throughout this school year. To end the summer, she participated at Girls State where she garnered the positions of Mayor of her city and House of Representatives. She also presented a bill that was passed in the House and the Senate. Keep up the great work.
