The Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina will hold a Day at Moore on Friday, September 29, 2017 for all high school juniors under-represented in business (i.e., Hispanic, African-American, Native American, bi- or multi-racial, etc.) who think they may be interested in studying business at the Moore School at University of South Carolina.
Students will participate in an interactive, fun, and educational day which includes collaboration with university faculty, staff and students as they learn about opportunities in the various fields of business and about the University itself. Activities include games examining the benefits of diversity & inclusion, finance, and marketing, as well as, conversations with admissions, financial aid, and most importantly, current students. Parents are encouraged to attend the information session at the end of the day where they will learn about the admissions process and financial aid available.
Pre-registration is required for all attendees. Students should email their name, school currently attending, their current GPA, and their mailing address to cparker@moore.sc.edu by Friday, September 22, 2017. They will received complete details of the event when they pre-register.
