On Saturday, October 7, the Blazer Band had an outstanding performance at the Irmo HS competition and held their own in a very competitive class. The band placed 3rd and improved their score 5 points from last week to earn a superior rating!
This coming Saturday, October 14, is the annual Tournament of Bands hosted by the bands of RVHS and Blythewood HS. The event is held at the District 2 stadium at BHS and includes 25 bands from all over the state. The Blazer Band will perform at 8:30pm in an exhibition.
