Scholars Academy Magnet for Business and Law juniors Reilly Arford, Kay Brown, Lauryn Wilson, and Rhiannon Thompson had the opportunity to meet with attorneys Jack Cohoon from South Carolina Legal Aid and Elliott Daniels Murphy and Grantland PA to discuss how changes to language in our human trafficking laws could help create a brighter future for victims. The students plan to lobby the legislature this spring to encourage the changes.
