Join us for Ridge View's first Black History Month Celebration Week by participating in the dress days and activities this week!
- MONDAY, Feb 12th: Wear your Sunday's Best
- TUESDAY, Feb 13th: Dress like a Black historical figure, celebrity, or athlete
- WEDNESDAY, Feb 14th: Wear a HBCU (Historically Black College and University) shirt or colors
- Lunch activity: Viewing "A Different World" in the auditorium
- THURSDAY, Feb 15th: #TBT (Throwback Thursday) Wear 70s, 80s, or 90s attire
- Lunch activity: Old school dance party in the small gym
- FRIDAY, Feb 16th: Black Out Day
- Black History Month Assembly at 9 AM
- Lunch activity: Viewing "The Black Panther" trailer in the auditorium
Other celebration activities:
- MONDAY, Feb 19th: Meet the Greeks (Expo of NPHC sororities and fraternities) in the Main Hall during lunch
- WEDNESDAY, Feb 28th: Poetry & Pastries (Poetry Slam) in the Multipurpose Room during lunch
