The Ridge View Boys golf team began their season in the Byrnes Invitational Tournament on Monday, March 5. The field consisted of 17 teams with some very good competition. Christian Wilson lead the Blazers shooting a 92. A highlight for the Blazers came on the last hole, a long par five, when 7th grader Artorious Lagrone recorded his first par of his career. The Blazers will be back in action on Tuesday, March 6 at Columbia Country Club as they play Blythewood and Spring Valley. The team has their first home match on Thursday, March 8 at Crickentree Golf Club against Westwood and Lancaster.
