Tuesday, February 27th the Ridge View Girls Varsity soccer team opened their regular season with a win against Chester High by a score of 2-0. The Blazers were able to clinch the win mid-way of the second half with a second goal off an assist by Lacey Mueller to Chanaya Carr. The Blazers goalie had some incredible saves as well including one off a PK. All around, the team played exceptionally well. Some outstanding performances by Lacey Mueller who had 1 assist, 1 goal and Chanaya Carr who had 1 goal. The Blazers will look to continue their winning ways this today against Edisto High at home.
