Ridge View's annual Winter Wishes service project was a huge success thanks to the support from students, staff, and community members! All of the goals set were achieved!! Over the last six weeks, Ridge View was able to raise $2,000 for PAALS through the Giving Bowl and Silent Auction. Over 2,000 toiletries were donated to benefit Sistercare while 77 foster children received gifts at a party just for them. In addition, Harvest Hope Food Bank received 13,128 canned good items! None of this would have been possible without partnerships with Bridge Creek Elementary School, Rice Creek Elementary School, Kelly Mill Middle School, and Brookland Baptist Church-Northeast. Student Council played a large role in the success of the various events alongside AVID, Institute for Health Sciences, Scholars Academy for Business and Law, and School for the Arts.
