This summer, Ridge View StuCo members Trenton Love and Marco Halbrook attended Palmetto Boys State. The American Legion’s Boys State program is a unique way for young men to learn about the American system of government and politics by participating in a mock governmental system. Both were selected to attend after being nominated by a teacher. While there, Trenton was elected the Superintendent of Education while Marco became a State Senator. Both students are involved in numerous activities at Ridge View. Congratulations to them both!
