On Saturday October 5th, the Ridge View High School Marching Band traveled to Irmo High School for the annual Irmo High School Band Competition. The Blazer Marching Band, under the direction of Dustin King once again came away with high honors, praise, and awards. The Blazer Band won 1st place in colorguard, percussion, music, as well as 1st place in Class 6. The Blazer Band also walked away with another superior rating, scoring just behind Byrnes and River Bluff High Schools respectfully. Way to Go Blazers!
