ATHLETICS: X-Country Ready for Region Championship

The Blazer Country Country teams hosted their second home meet of the year on October 12th. The Varsity Girls had a good showing as all of the girls placed in the top 75 out of a field of 230 total runners. Paola Fernandez and Iesha Whittaker led the team. The boys were led by Justin Rose and three other runners who all ran under 19 minutes! The Blazers will be back in action this Thursday as they compete in the Region Championship meet at Sandhills Research Center at 5:30 PM.

Due to PSAT testing involving 9th-10th and some 11th grade students, there will be no Late Start tomorrow. Ridge View will operate on a regular bell schedule on this day.

ACTIVITIES: Sign Up for the Walk for Life

It is time to register for this year's Walk for Life, which will take place on October 22nd at Spirit Communications Park in support of the Palmetto Health Breast Center. There will be a 5K walk along with a 5K, 10K and 1/2 Marathon races. Please register by noon on Thursday, October 20th to be included as a member of the Richland Two-Ridge View team.
