The Varsity and Junior Varsity cheer squads attended the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) camp this summer at Lander University. Both squads distinguished themselves from the rest. The Varsity squad won first place with their XTREME Routine dance, as well as being named an all-around Superior squad. The Junior Varsity team had five fabulous freshmen this year; and they came home with the most improved award, as well as received an overall superior rating. They look forward to bringing the faculty, staff, students, and community JOY and CHEER during Ridge View's 20th anniversary year.
