Based on winter weather reports that are predicting snow and icy conditions and with the safety of our students, parents and employees in mind, Richland School District Two schools and administrative offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 28th. This includes all after school sports, programs, activities and clubs.Parents and students are advised not to call the district office or their school for information on school cancellations or postponements, but to visit the district website at www.richland2.org, R2TV the district's cable access channel on Time Warner and stay tuned to local media reports for updates.
By state law, the district is required to schedule three inclement weather make up days in our school calendar. Those days are Feb. 14, March 28, and April 21, 2014. However, no decision has been made on which days will be used to make up time missed because of inclement weather.
