The Blazer Volleyball team competed in the Road to the State Playoffs tournament at White Knoll this past weekend. The team advanced to the Silver Finals by besting Gilbert 2-0 (25-21, 25-7) before losing a close series to Andrew Jackson High in the finals (21-25, 19-25). Congratulations to Amarrah Cooks fore being named Ridge View's All Tournament Player. The Blazers followed up this performance by traveling to Dutch Fork on Tuesday night to begin region play, and defeated the Silver Foxes in 3 sets (25-7, 25-14, 25-15).
