One of the highlights of our Summer Reading Celebration Day on September 17th was the huge turnout of approximately 300 students that participated
The Fault in Our Stars book group. These students discussed the book, and had guest speakers from S.C. Hospice. The author of the book, John Green, took notice of our tweets of what was going on with his book group, and Mr. Green tweeted to us first. He then responded to tweets from our students. He also requested a picture of the students in this book group, which we were more than happy to provide him with. Thank you John Green for making this day even more special for our students.
