Congratulations to Senior BioHealth Magnet student Courtney Squirewell. She was recently recognized as a National Merit Outstanding Participant. She is among 3,100 Outstanding Participants in the 2013 National Achievement Scholarship Program. According to the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, "the National Achievement Scholarship Program was initiated in 1964 specifically to honor academically-promising Black American high school students." To be recognized as a National Merit Outstanding Participant, Courtney scored in the top 3% nationally on the PSAT. Way to go Courtney!!
