Ridge View held its annual Career and Technology Education Advisory Board Breakfast on September 24th in the Media Center. RVHS is very grateful to its business partners and advisory board members. With their support, our students receive hands-on opportunities to experience careers that interest them through job shadowing, internships and field studies to the partners work sites. Blazer seniors Andrew Marino, Kierra Jackson, Kie'ra Royster, Logan Humphries and Denise Daquilanea gave brief presentations on their summer internship opportunities at CVS Pharmacy @ Sam's Crossing, Palmetto Health Richland, NHC Parklane Physical Therapy Department, Providence Hospital, Dorn Veterans Hospital and Ft. Jackson Childcare Services Nutrition Department. We would also like to thank Sally Beauty Supply, South State Bank, Al's UpperCutz, Egleston Creative Group, H&R Block, Sport Clips, Marriott Hotels, the Boy's and Girl's Club of the Midlands, Palmetto Health, RCSD2 Intervention Services, and Navy Nuclear Power for attending this breakfast in their honor.
