The Ridge View Scholars Junior Class has started a new project, HOPE and HEAL Project (Help Obliterate Poverty Everywhere and Help Enrich Adolescent Lives), with hopes of changing the lives of the homeless in Columbia, SC. The goal is to provide funds to cover the educational needs of homeless students at RVHS, who need to pay for SAT/ACT workshops, college application fees, textbook costs and other associated dorm life costs once they are admitted. Additionally, we would also like to use funds for physical aid to the homeless in our larger community. The project's goal of raising $500,000 can only be achieved with the generous donations from members of our community. Please donate to our GoFundMe campaign or just simply spread the word so that we can reach our goal. You can also visit our Amazon Wish List under hopeandhealproject@gmail.com where you can provide supplies and necessities for children in shelters, those living on their own and attending college, as well as for homeless people. We would like to thank you in advance for your support. If you can retweet or reshare this post to help support for this project grow. Click on the image to visit our site for more information.
