Mandatory practice for Cross Country begins on Friday, July 31st at Ridge View High School. All participants will need a physical dated after April 1, 2015. Please make sure the parent permission and concussion forms are signed as well. You can click on the image to download the correct physical packet. The $50 District Athletic Participation Fee will also be due the first day of mandatory practice. This is a district-wide fee that is paid one time per year.
