ATHLETICS: Girls Track Excels at Coaches Classic Meet
The Ridge View Girls Track & Field team had an excellent showing at the Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic, a statewide track meet this past weekend. The Lady Blazers had a great showing in the relay events placing first in the 4x400 Meter Relay in a time of 3:58.68, 3rd in the 4x100 Meter Relay (48.60) and 3rd in the 4x800 Meter Relay (10:13.5). Senior Arlicia Bush won the 400 Meter Dash (56.86), and Senior Faith McKie was victorious in the 400 Meter Hurdles (63.95). McKie also placed 3rd in the 100 Hurdles (15.30)
