The Lady Blazers Track & Field team performed well at the Region 4-AAAA Qualifying Meet on April 28th. The girls were led by the senior trio of Arlicia Bush, Amarrah Cooks, and Faith McKie. McKie won the 100 and 400 Hurdles while Bush was victorious in the 400 Meters. Cooks was the Region Champion in the High Jump. The Blazers also swept all three relay events, the 4 x 100, 4 x 400 and 4 x 800. The Blazers will compete at the AAAA State Qualifying Meet this Saturday at Spring Valley High School.
