As part of our Winter Wishes Canned Food Drive to benefit Harvest Hope Food Bank, various RVHS organizations took part in the Canned Food Sculpture Contest. On November 10th, the Main Hallway was decorated with canned food sculptures according to theme of "Wish Upon a Star." These organizations donated 1,000 cans toward our school's goal of 10,000. Congratulations to the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) on winning the competition. The Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) was the runner-up. Thanks to all of the following organizations who also participated: Bio and Allied Institutes of Health Science, Cheerleading team, Dance team, Gear Up, National Art Honors Society, National Honors Society, Scholars Academy Magnet for Business and Law, and Student Council.
