The Blazers Basketball program is heaving a great week. On Tuesday night, all five of the teams defeated South Pointe at home including the B-Team Boys, JV and Varsity squads. The JV Girls ran their record to 10-0 on the season. The Varsity teams not only defeated South Pointe, but came back on Wednesday night for a season sweep of Spring Valley. The Lady Blazers defeated the Vikings 64-46, and the Varsity Boys won 65-64 with the go ahead bucket being scored by D'Markis Neal-Taylor. All five of the Ridge View Basketball teams are on the road tonight as the second-half of the Region schedule cranks up. Both Varsity teams are 5-0 and leading Region III-AAAA.
