ACADEMICS: Reardon Earns Nominations to Service Academies
Blazer Senior Megan Reardon has applied to the Coast Guard Academy, the Naval Academy and West Point. In order to attend the Naval Academy or West Point, a nomination is needed for a better chance of being selected. Each local Congressmen is limited to nominating 10 applicants for each academy. Megan has received 3 nominations from Congressmen Joe Wilson, and a Presidential nomination to West Point and the Naval Academy. Megan is still waiting to hear from Senator Lindsey Graham on his nomination decision.
